Hi, I’m Morgan.
My background spans strength training, bodybuilding, and therapeutic bodywork, shaping how I work with people across a wide range of goals. From improving movement and recovery to building sustainable training and lifestyle routines.

Hands-on bodywork experience has given me a deeper understanding of how differently each body moves, adapts, and compensates. That perspective carries into my coaching, informing how training, nutrition, and recovery strategies are structured and adjusted over time.

Having navigated my own mental health challenges, I also understand how stress, routine disruption, and overwhelm can impact consistency with movement and health habits. While I’m not a mental health professional, this awareness helps me coach with flexibility and realism; building structure that supports both the body and day-to-day demands.

Whether through bodywork or lifestyle coaching, my approach is individualized, practical, and built around how the body responds in real life. Never one-size-fits-all methods.
