1-on-1 LIFESTYLE COACHING

Personalized coaching that provides structure, accountability, and consistent guidance for both training and nutrition.

This option is ideal if you want individualized support without in-person sessions. Programming and guidance evolve based on feedback, recovery, stress, and real-life demands, not static plans.

    Fully customized macro targets or nutrition structure based on goals, lifestyle, training demands, and digestion. Guidance evolves as your body adapts, not based on rigid plans.

  • Weekly Check-Ins
    Structured weekly check-ins to assess progress, recovery, adherence, and stress. Adjustments are made intentionally using real feedback, not guesswork.

  • Custom Training Program
    Training built around your goals, biomechanics, and movement patterns to support strength, execution, and long-term progress.

  • Form & Execution Feedback

1-on-1 PERFORMANCE INTEGRATION COACHING

(In-person clients only)

A high-touch, integrated approach combining online coaching with scheduled bodywork support.

Performance Integration is designed for clients who want a deeper level of support addressing how their body moves, adapts, and recovers alongside structured coaching. This option integrates lifestyle coaching with biweekly or monthly bodywork and a fascial correction program to support movement efficiency and recovery under load.
