Ascend Bodywork is an independently owned practice by Morgan Cornish, LMT/CPT.

I grew up immersed in sports, training, and competition. Movement has always been my foundation. After facing emotional and physical challenges later in life, I began to understand how deeply connected the body and mind truly are. That realization reignited my passion for helping others heal and perform through a deeper understanding of the human body.

I became NASM-certified as a personal trainer in 2022 and began my journey into bodybuilding, stepping on stage for my first NPC competition in 2025. My experience has given me firsthand insight into the unique demands athletes face, from recovery and injury prevention to maintaining both physical and mental balance through every phase of training.

In 2024, I earned advanced certifications in Myofascial Release I & II and Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and am beginning a bodywork apprenticeship to further refine my approach. These experiences have allowed me to blend performance-based recovery with restorative therapy, creating sessions that meet clients where they are and help them progress toward where they want to be.

At Ascend Bodywork, I take a client-centered approach to address the root causes of pain, tension, and imbalance. Every session is customized, whether you’re a competitive athlete looking to improve mobility and recovery, or a lifestyle client aiming to move through life with less pain and more confidence. Through evidence-based soft tissue techniques, I help restore alignment, improve function, and support long-term wellness.
